Standardization of Police Stations and Residential Buildings
Providing better policing to the general public in the state is the topmost priority of the government. For this, there is a need to modernize the police department and improve the residential arrangements of its officers/employees. Hence, one each of 16 houses of multistoried non-residential buildings (administrative building of general police station, service block for police station building) and residential building Type-A (Type-3) and Type-B (Type-2) under the Police Department.
The area prescribed by the Public Works Department for Type-1, Type-2 and Type-3 and the area prescribed for Type-A and Type-B houses for police personnel and the details of the proposed area are as follows:-
